Teaching the importance of exercising while making sure that it’s a great experience is not as simple as it may seem. Personal or Group Training should always emphasis form, safety as well as “taylor-ing” the workout for each person…even in a group setting. Having a Personal Trainer should always be about “YOU”…not your trainer!
